Surface conditioning discs and other products are finding their way into a continually growing range of applications. Based on their tendency toward smoothing and blending, as opposed primarily to simply stock removal, their applications include, but are not limited to: reducing surface roughness, polishing, smoothing and removing grindlines scratch patterns and millmarks, and providing for smooth transition between differing surfaces. The same holders used for TouchLock Velcro® backed discs can be used for plain surface conditioning discs.
