The "quick-change" laminated disc has long been an industry standard for small diameter (3/4" to 3") disc grinding, replacing the PSA disc on the strength of reliability and lower labor costs. They twist on and off in a second, onto a specially fitted backup pad, insuring positive centering and no slipping or flying off. There are three industry standard styles of these discs, employing differing locking hub mechanisms on the discs and holders. We manufacture two of these styles, and and can obtain the third style on request. All of these discs are reinforced with a doubly strong backing, and then attached to a locking hub centered on the back.
